Yes! The best thing about real estate (in my opinion) are the friendships I've made. I am spending Thanksgiving day at a friend's house also, one who was a client a few years ago. I'm looking forward to it!

Longtime clients are a blessing.  I am still friends (on Facebook) with my very first client.  He was a 21 year old kid, who owned his own business back in 1981.  I sold him a duplex, which he lived in one side of.  In today's world he is retired and has grandkids.
