Monday, November 11th is Veteran's Day. Whether our nation is celebrating Veterans Day (remembering the living), Memorial Day, (remembering the deceased) or any Veteran's Celebration it is always a special event to participate in and I wouldn't miss it for the world! My parents and grandparents taught me well. I raised my children to honor Veterans, and honor and respect all Veterans locally and elsewhere. To all Veterans living amongst us, I am proud of your willingness to serve.
I am also looking forward to a very special Veteran's Candlelight Event in Flower Mound. Monday, November 11 is Veteran's Day. Government buildings will be closed. There have been and will be many ceremonial tributes to Veterans and free lunches all over North Texas.
My favorite clients to serve in real estate are Veterans and their families. I am proud to provide well deserved services to them in honor of their services to our country. Although all clients are my favorites, below is a photograph of one of my very, special and a favorite Veteran currently serving.
In remembrance of services rendered to Julian from White Settlement, TX, and other Veterans, I remember this day to give thanks to you, and please know, you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I am also proud of my two nephews Shaun and Nick who served in the Middle East wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. One is now serving the people in the City of Chicago on the south side as a Police Officer. Veterans are the salt of the earth. To all the Flower Mound Police Officers/Veterans who I've come to know as a result of the Flower Mound Police Citizens Academy, I feel safer, because of you! To Don, an Officer/Vietnam Veteran from the City of Denton, our talks last August were so very special. I look forward to hearing back from you early next year. To Dennis, Vietnam Veteran, selling yours and Louise's house in Mesquite, and helping you both buy and flip houses for your retirement over many years in DFW, you were always kind and helpful. It was great to visit with the two of you last September! Truly, you're unforgettable. To all others I know and appreciate, you all have something in common. You are the most humble and honorable men I encounter in daily life. All Veterans DESERVE to buy houses. Let us never forget, when it comes to real estate sales, VETERANS have already put more than their fair share of skin in the game. ALL VETERANS DESERVE TO BUY HOUSES.
Humbly, I respect ALL Veterans ---Patricia
