It is pretty strong, we have a bit more inventory on the market right now compared to previous 3 years.  Homes near the beach in Santa Cruz are still selling pretty quickly.

Hello Jessica - a seller-provide pre-sale property inspection report is a good idea for many situations.  I understand the opposition, but I believe it can be effective marketing tool as well as providing another set of eyes.  Of course, a buyer should complete their due diligence in appropriate ways as well.
