Flintridge, California Homes Sales & Values Report October 2024

On November 6, 2024, Realtor.com reported that in Flintridge, California median list price was $2,950,000 in October of 2024 down from $2,995,000 in September of 2024, but rose 8.0% from $2,700,000 in October of 2023. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $2,100,000 in October of 2024, declined 9.0% from October of 2023 in Flintridge, California.

Houses stayed 58.00 days in the market in October of 2024 higher from 49.00 days in September of 2024, and increased from 48.00 days in October of 2023 in Flintridge, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $900.00 in October of 2024 lower from $903.00 in September of 2024, but up 1.0% from $891.00 in October of 2023 in Flintridge, California.

Since I cannot even afford a down payment for a home in South Pasadena, I definitely can't afford anything in Flintridge, haha.  I wonder if Endre Barath, Jr. will allow me to borrow some money, haha.
