Get Your Head In The Game

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Ward County Notary Services 607851

Sometimes when you feel like taking a nap the best thing you can do is take a nap. However when there are important things to be done you need to focus on that and get your head in the game (task at hand).

I do not believe there is any one thing that would work for everybody but I'm sure most of us know what works for us. Maybe coffee, maybe an energy drink, or maybe even a cold rag on your face. Anything to get to focused on the task at hand. The last thing you want is for a client to think you are dozing off because of their presence.

Good morning! Ah, dozing off in front of a client would not be a good move!

Even having a case of the yawns can be embarrassing Kat Palmiotti and then what do you do?

Good morning, Bob... so important not to let clients see that you might be lacking in energy.

A lack of energy can easily be misinterpreted as a lack of attention/caring so yes it is essential to be alert. Have ma wonderful day Nina Hollander, Broker my Love. 💑

Good morning Bob,

You are right..staying focused is so important! When you get enough sleep, eat right and get some kind of exercise it's amazing how focused you can be!

Good advice Dorie Dillard Austin TX . I am just getting back to the exercise part of the solution by doing a lot of walking. It was a tough year for me physically.

Good morning Bob. Two things come to mind. "Work all the time you are at work" and "know when it is time to recharge the batteries". Enjoy your day.

Good morning Wayne Martin . I had not heard that first saying before and what a shame so few people live up to it. As far as the second one I personally practice it all the time: "listen to your body".

Hello Bob - sleep is important.  However, as always, "location" can move the front of line in any AR conversation.  What's right for one situation may not work for all.  💤✋🛑🚫💤

Bob "RealMan" Timm - and gum-chewing can be an annoyance to more than a few people.

That is so true Michael Jacobs . One example that comes to mind is one of my agents chewed a lot of gum saying it helped to keep him focused. Now that may have worked for him but I am not a big gum chewer so it would make my jaw tired.
