Just wanted to share some interesting numbers from the MLS DFW metroplex today. In the past week, we saw a whopping 4,560 houses drop their sales prices, while only 1,843 closed transactions. That’s quite a gap! It’s definitely raising some eyebrows around here. On top of that, 3,093 new listings were hitting the market and 795 listings getting canceled.
