Gratitude 2024
Often, we reserve gratitude for big events, but celebrating small victories through the years can be just as powerful.
Through the years, and there have been many, we continue to celebrate our friendships and professional successes within our Active Rain community.
In the early days, I had no idea what blogging meant, why SEO was important and how to navigate this community.
I discovered Active Rain in 2009. We had just experienced a big bust in 2008 in the real estate world as history continues to repeat itself. No activity in two years makes one ponder on where they see themselves when the commerce plug is pulled.
Me, I adapted to technology with a marketing group led by Dan Kennedy. I, along with two other folks not in real estate, spearheaded a local chapter here in Miami. We hosted monthly mastermind groups with savvy young ecommerce folks who knew about this online world. PayPal, Dropbox, Basecamp - all young guns
I never imagined I would still be active here after all this time has passed. I would usually move on after two to three years and change my circle of influence.
We miss Kerry - don't we?

Reach out to people who have impacted your life, whether recently or in the past. Write a heartfelt letter, make a phone call, or express thanks in person. Taking time to share your gratitude can strengthen bonds and bring joy to both you and the other person.
