I received a phone call from my YouTube Channel all the way back in November of 2023, from a number from Missouri. I picked it up and a gentleman named Bob said Hey Ben, I've been watching your YouTube Videos and I like the house with the RV Garages, can you show them to me.
He drove down in his camper, which is the whole reason he was looking for a new home with an RV bay here in Central Florida. We met and looked at the homes for sale in Sutton Preserve in Winter Haven, but he didn't like the area.
The good news is that Richmond American was building them in another community, Seasons at Lakeside Forest in Tavares. He had a few lots that didn't have a rear neighbor that he and his wife were interested in, and once they started building we jumped on it! Bob got the beautiful Zinc floor plan that has a 2 car garage and a 44' deep RV garage as well, with a hookup to keep his RV powered.
He also liked that there was no CDD at Lakeside Forest, and the HOA is only $840/Year. He also liked to fish and the fact that the Harris chain is practically right in his backyard was also a huge draw.
