Thank you very much, Dorie Dillard Austin TX! This was my first transaction with NFCU closing within 3 weeks. They were on it as promised! The LO made it very clear that the buyers would have to submit any documents requested immediately and also pay for a rush appraisal. The buyers were happy and eager to do everything asked of them. It was a very smooth transaction!

Good morning, Nina Hollander, Broker, thank you!! I am on the hunt with some buyers now. Looking through listings, the difference in presentation is apparent. One can definitely tell the difference b/w professional (or full service) and cutting corners (or discount). I cannot wrap my brain around how anyone can publish awful pictures, or property descriptions with typos and flat-out mistakes. Then again, some of them may fall under you get what you pay for.
