Altadena, California Homes Sales & Values Report October 2024

On November 19, 2024, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that there were 24 homes sold in October of 2024, dropped 14.3% from October of 2023, and medium existing home price was $1,36 Million in October of 2024, declined 1.6% from October of 2023 in Altadena, California.

There were 27 active listing homes in September of 2024, increased 8.0% from October of 2023; while home stayed 26 median days on the market in October 2024 in Altadena, California.
