Wordless Wednesdays: how would you like to live with this view?... This is one of the iconic buildings in Los Angeles. Often seen in movies and of course the tourist busses bring you by it.

Well, what if you could leave near it ??? and see it as you walk your dog?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Good morning, Endre... now, that's not quite my kind of view. I did love my view in San Francisco of the Bay Bridge (even if it was covered with fog frequently), as well as my water view from my hill in Sausalito. I loved my view of old buildings in Paris from my own 19th century apartment. Also loved my view of the landscaped mall from my apartment in NY City of Park Avenue.

Nina Hollander, Broker  I totally get it, now keep in mind this view would be if you walked your dog or your cat:)Endre

Good morning Endre. Different strokes for different folks, Bet a creative mind could design a home with plenty of privacy and taking advantage of that view and the location. Enjoy your day.

Wayne Martin  this is a condominium building I am getting a lease listing and the place is pet friendly so people who walk their dogs would see this view:)Endre

Good morning chef Endre,

Everyone values different views! For me this would be a negative to see every  time of the day at my home! Now give me a beach view or hill country view and I'd be a happy camper!

Dorie Dillard Austin TX  this would not be the view from the condominium if you leased it, it would be a view if you walked your dog:)Endre

I don't think I would enjoy that as my view on a daily basis, haha.  I would much prefer to see mountains, grass, or water.

Brian England  do you have mountains in your area?:)) just kidding, there are mountains here too and if you walked a dog you would even see grass not so much water:)Endre

I'm sure there are people who would love to see that view every day! I prefer to see trees and mountains and valleys from my windows and maybe a few houses. :-)

Hi Endre:

Despite that being such an iconic building (and I have seen it a few times from our trips to LA) it's not a view I would want to have all the time.

The ocean, blue skies, and Capitol records. It just don't get any better than that....well even better, maybe if a house to live in came with it. Jeff
