CHARLOTTE'S GIVING MACHINE:

TURNING GENEROSITY INTO ACTION THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

Giving Machine Returns to the Promenade on Providence Shopping Center In Charlotte This Holiday Season

Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back this holiday season? The Giving Machine is back, offering an easy and impactful way to make a difference in the lives of those in need.

What Are Giving Machines?

The Giving Machines are mobile vending machines — but instead of snacks or drinks, they dispense charitable donations. With just a few taps, you can provide essential items or services to individuals and families supported by local charities.

Why It’s Special

This isn’t just another way to give. It’s a tangible, heartwarming experience. Imagine knowing your $5 could provide needed supplies for a child or that $50 could help stock groceries for a struggling family.

Whom You’ll Help

Proceeds from the Charlotte Giving Machine will benefit three incredible local organizations:

  • FeedNC: FeedNC ensures local families have access to nutritious meals.

  • Latin American Coalition: LaCoalicion supports immigrant communities with essential resources and advocacy.

  • Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte: the Ronald McDonald House in Charlotte assists families in staying close to their children during medical treatments.

You can make contributions from $5 to $175, so there’s an option for everyone to participate.

Impact

Since 2017, Giving Machines have raised more than $32 million. Last year, Charlotte Giving Machines raised $163,578, proving that small acts of kindness can add up to big changes.

How to Donate

Visit the Giving Machines at 10844 Providence Road, located at the Promenade on Providence, 24/7 between November 23rd and December 8th. Bring your family and friends and make giving a part of your holiday tradition to make the season brighter for our neighbors in need.

Nina Hollander, Broker - That's a GREAT idea! I really liked the video, especially the first one whose daughter benefited because her father had the courage to ask.

What a wonderful mission of faith and opportunity.

Hi Roy... I don't know if snow flurries would be getting me into a holiday mood! :) It is colder here today than normal in the mid-50's and a cold wind.

Such a wonderful thing to be a part of and it makes me really sad to know about people having to go without the necessities in life, especially during the Christmas season.

Brian England good morning again, Brian. Sadly, there will always be people who don't have enough. Wasn't it Christ who said "the poor you will have with you always?" But at least, we can all do a little something to alleviate their suffering.

I just read a quote from Mother Teresa this morning about Saint Peter telling her that there are no slums in Heaven and to leave what she was doing.  She said that upset her and she told him that she was going to bring the people from the slums to Heaven.
