I'm from Silicon Valley - a $39,000 home is a shocking concept to me. I will have to log on to your website and see what that looks like....

Hi Mary,  the home is located in an area of town that needs a lot of work.  It has also been on the market for 242 days (ML 717335, 4307 Randall, 63107).  I'm certain it needs a lot or repairs.

In our market, a nice, updated two-bedroom bungalow is selling from $120,000s +.

I visited your Active Rain home page.  Wow!  Great page!  My grandfather turned 98 this past October.  His mental condition is poor.  He doesn't know me anymore and some days, he doesn't know Mom.  Other than that, he's healthy and seems happy (I hope).  He is in a nursing home, but my mother works there as a cook, and is able to see him daily...

Education is important to me, too.  I'm considering the SRES designation.  I just turned 40 myself in October, so I guess it's not too soon to learn about the Senior market.

Have a great St. Pat's Weekend.

tim
