Hello Michael Jacobs  Yes this is a vacation rental business all the cabins are all set up, furnished and ready for people to stay a day or a month. On top of the bluff with glorious views of the Bay, Glaciers, Volcanoes and the eagles flying overhead!  Maybe I should beef the ad up a bit! Thank you for asking!

Such amazing sunsets!  I just met with my clients from Alaska yesterday!  They moved here many years ago, but the husband still works in Alaska.  I think he works in Alaska for a month, then gets to be home for a month, or something like that.

Hello Endre Barath, Jr.  Land is strong and stable for sales but very diverse in price. Depending on the location, the amenities and the access, or lack of access it can be quite different in price! We sell remote land with no road to it and only dedicated access which is sometimes not really easy to develop. There would be no power either.  City lots in town with utilities, road and a view are of course much higher value. And then there is everything in between! Something for everybody!

Debra Leisek sounds like my land market in the greater Los Angeles area... got one that is supper challenging in Culver City, and my phone, texts and emails have been burning up... nothing I ever experienced... all inexperienced agents, buyers etc.   just because of the price:)Endre
