I haven't been in the Rain as long as you have, but I am grateful that we have gotten to become friends over the years and even recently met in person and shared a hug!

Good morning, Margaret... wow, 18 years! Is there anyone here who is still active who can top that? Unlike you, I prefer to blog in the morning and see comments all day long... and then again, I also see comments first thing in the morning from the prior day, as well!

I remember the first time we met, at Raincamp in DC where Lynn Harley was acknowledged as the first blogger to reach 1,000,000 points.

And your presence on the dais for questions after the presentation.

It is the platform that is always there to give, and you have become the ambassador of good will to so many.

Margaret AR was only 3 months old when you joined, and I came along 2 months later.  I has been a long time, BUT it feels like I wrote my first blog yesterday.

Margaret- there is no doubt in my mind when I read or hear you speak of real estate that you love what you do. Those who work with you are lucky for that enthusiasm.

Wow..18 years of blogging! You started 2 years before I did and love the uniqueness you bring to everything you do! Congratulations! What a milestone! 

18 years blogging? That's an accomplishment! 

Margaret we go back a long long way........and since day one YOU had that 'SPARK' that lit up the room and made things happen! And that happened and still does to this day....everywhere you are!  You've got Spunk girl!  Happy & Joyful Spunk!

Content, content, content, and 18 years of it. Just maybe, that's way better than "location, location, location?!" lol~ 

PS ~ I do miss those "3B's Days!!" Brad, Ben, and Bob! Or was it Ben Bob Brad? Nope, it was Bob Ben Brad! haha :-)) And yes, I am still here. <3

What a fun step back in time. You joined AR a couple of months before I did, but I found you as a member pretty quickly and was not surprisingly very impressed and followed you. I still remember our first meeting FTF in DC many years ago when I was there for the NAR/CRS Meetings - may have been 2010!
