It just seems so humid there.  And the alligators - yikes!

Hi Ralph,  cant sugar coat the humidity here that is for sure.  Showing properties in the summer is tough, and as for the alligators...  let's just say,  Waterfront Homes don't have the same appeal anymore that is for sure. 

Share with you a semi-funny story... Had a seller hovering around me and my buyers and when the buyer commented on the seawall the seller chimed in...  well we had to spend the monies because it was the only way to keep the alligators out.  The look on the buyer's wife was horror.     #RealtorLife
