I have to admit that I had never heard of Star Fruit before so I had to look it up. I am surprised at how much I learn from my son. This short video shows how to cut Starfruit.

A video called 6 Amazing Health Benefits of Starfruit is pretty amazing but it is 8 minutes long so I am just providing the link above instead of the embedded video.

I am curious if YOU can provide a testimonial of how Starfruit has benefited you.

Do you enjoy the cartoons written by my son (Timmothy N. Timm) which I use as a springboard to write my daily posts? His strip, Titus & Philemon, has run in two newspapers for years as well as being printed in my blog every day. Titus & Philemon (pronounced Phi - Lee -Man) are guinea pigs. Their owner is Joe. I have seen Starfruit in the store but have never tried it so cannot provide any insight!

I've never even seen it Kat Palmiotti but to be fair I have not gone grocery shopping in 30 years. ☺️

Wayne Martin I had to ask Timmothy how he had heard of Starfruit as I don't remember it in our home either. He said he had it in Mexico when he and Tina visited my brother there a couple of years ago.
