Hey Dennis,
I appreciate your compliment and agree that we all need more positive motivating, helpful, and kinder words and comments and good wishes from everyone. May your holidays be a time of reflection and paying it forward to others who may not be as fortunate as us.
Well done holiday newsletter with tips many can use. Enjoy the quote as well.
Hi Leanne, thanks for the compliment, really appreciate it. Yes, if more practiced that quote the world would be a more peaceful and better place!
But as I mentioned to Dennis in his comment, thankful for no snow just yet in Great Neck NY. But I am gearing up to go skiing very very soon to Vermont!
A wise lady once told me that when you are feeling down and depressed make that a sign from God that you need to go and cheer someone else up with a visit, gift, dinner or all of the above! Your depression will melt away!
Hey Jeff, that is the logical and smart approach to; but how many practice this? Not that many and that is what would change the world in a practical and efficient manner and considerate way to cheer up another human being.
Great blog post Philip A. Raices. Staying positive is so good for you and anyone around you.
Hey Andrew, appreciate your compliment. It's better to give than take. So I focus on "paying it forward" and doing a lot of "GIVING" instead of taking as many do and not expecting anything in return. But the bottom line I generally receive a payback w/o any effort. Good deeds begat good deeds!
Being positive is all I know, and the alternatives are not very beneficial either.
