Good evening Mike,

I remember my first closing 32 years ago. I was the listing agent, represented the buyer and my buyer was going FHA! The property was on well and septic...what a learning curve!

I recall my first closing. It was the purchase of my personal home. Looking back I wish I had reduced the sales price rather than take the commission check. It would have saved me a good amount over the years, but I wanted a payday to bring back to the office and home. Next one was for my friend upgrading his home.

Congrats to Joe, the first one is always memorable!  It appears that his first one was certainly more substantial than my first one, haha.

Hello Mike - congratulations to Joe and Lindsey on this transaction.  My first and second real estate closings happened during the same time so now years later, they often get confused in my mind as to the order they occurred.  Both were buyer-represented transactions - a first-time owner and a family relocating to California.

Good morning Mike. My first buyer side transaction was in 1974. I knocked on the door of  a FSBO and asked if they would pay a commission if I got them their net. They said yes and everyone was happy. Enjoy your day.

Good morning, Mike... I do indeed remember my first close some 32 years ago. Like many firsts in life, it's something that we don't forget.

Hi All, Thanks for stopping by this week.

I also remember vividly my first and 2nd deals.  Both as buyers agent.  Both happening at the same time.

In Colorado Springs. Broker took 50% plus another 4% went to the BH&G franchise at the time.

I ended up with roughly 46% of the commission.

We are still friends with both of the families from 1992.  And have them multiple times through the years.

Seems like not so long ago.    Have a great weekend.  Mike

Hi Mike,
Congratulations to Joe on the first of many future closings.  I do remember my first closing as a part-time agent and the first as a full-time agent. I think working that first part-time transaction taught me I needed to be a full time agent to fully understand the business and be the best agent ever.

Hi Mike and congratulations to Joe and Lindsey!!!!  I was an agent for one year about 40 years ago. My first sale was a cash sale and honestly that's all I remember about it.

I sure remember.  I listed a house for a really good friend.  She had a brother and sister in law who were REALTORS®, but she gave me a chance.  Sold in 9 days.
