When all parts come together seamlessly, the result is a beautiful masterpiece, and it's music to everyone's ears to hear those words "It's closed".

I have always thought of my team in the same manner you have and never had any interest in joining a real estate team, haha.

Great post! I was a solo broker for years. But you are right, there was certainly a team standing with me. 

Indeed, Miss Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400 and I am betting that you working solo with your team of professionals run a much tighter, better, and more professional solo business than most "mega teams".  

It takes a village of professionals. not 7, 8 or more agents.  

Margaret know one person can do everything that goes into a Real Estate transaction.  So it is important to have trusted knowledgeable professionals to handle the different components of a the transaction.

My experience with teams has not been positive. Handoffs to other team members who don't call back or are clueless about the property.  What a waste of my tine!

I agree solo practitioners have their "team" of reliable and consistent affiliates. As I shared in the past with my executive leadership and sales coaching clients, whose card does your client have?
