2024 Reflections : A Year in Review
'Tis the Season to reflect back on events that shaped the last 12 months. When have you wrote down a few things that are important in maintaining good spiritual & mental health or business success? I do it often and implement.
Five Things to Practice for Peace of Mind:
1. Faith in a Higher Power

5. Celebrate in Being Present Every Waking Day
Though I failed to meet my set business goals, an election year always brings its own set of challenges. People tend to become uncertain, fearful of what the future might hold, put off making any decisions until the results come in.
The birth of a Grandbaby girl kept me present, connecting heart to heart. Michael and I celebrated the little things often, meeting in the Silo on weekends to catch up or getting tickets to Foreigner and other musical venues.
While unable to control the actions or behavior of others, I can move forward, despite any adverse events that present because of consciously choosing to do that. No wallowing, pity partying (for long) or remaining stuck, I have a life to live!
