On December 12, 2024, The Realtor.com reported that nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending December 7, 2024.

Total available listings jumped 23.5% for the week ending December 7, 2024, from the same period of time in December of 2023.

Time on the market increased 8 days for the week ending December 7, 2024, from the same period of time in December of 2023.

Median listing prices decreased 1.2% for the week ending December 7, 2024, from the same period of time in December of 2023.

New listing in the market higher 16.5% for the week ending December 7, 2024,  from the same period of time in December of 2023.
