You read that right...I am DONE!!
After I hit the "Publish" Button above...No More Blogs Until some time this Winter.
Of course, Winter starts at roughly 3:21 am on the 21st...so in about 17 or so hours.
It has been a rough fall as I fell off the daily blogging routine of the summer.
After going over 100 days in a row with blogs, I had a total of 9 blogs between Sept 21 and today. So this is only my 10th blog this fall.
A few of you sent me private messages asking if I was ok and the short answer was yes...but my mind was out of ideas for blogging.
I also was quite busy at work...but looking 
back I believe I had enough time to at least blog on Occasion....I had no blogs in October.
This photo is from yesterday acting as a Buyer agent on this property going under contract on an older 5 plex. On the market less than 48 hours.
There are no guarantees going forward...on contracts...or closings...or breathing...but I will try to get on AR more often this coming Winter.
(unless of course I am not breathing)
I would say that while my total number of fall blogs is pathetic...it is ahead of around 300K+ members of AR.
So as I move forward...and try to break into the top 300 in AR points and to hit the 1-Million point mark, I encourage you other members to also step up your blogging game!!
