It's a dangerous place to venture into!
Even with almost 28 years in 2 states, I can't IMAGINE knowing all!
It's impossible. Plus, I've gotten my royal ass KICKED any time I thought so!
The number of moving parts in even the (seemingly) simplest transaction.
Changes in the industry.
Changes in the laws.
ALL contributing factors.
We may have to 'relearn' what we used to know (or thought we did) and adapt to new information (which is the definition of intelligence, if you asked my first Psych professor--and I agree--intelligence is the ability to adapt to both old and especially new situations in our environment!)
ALSO, the number of WRONG opinions and incorrect information even transmitted by what 'used to be' 'experts' (yup, lamestream fake news media) can't be relied upon.
So we have to check, double check, and check some more before we take the shot if we want to hit the mark. Outsource to resources.
And not be ego-invested in being the smartest person in the room.
Isn't it fun?
