Passports & Fully Charged Cell Phone

Birth, marriage & death certificates
Immunization records
Bank account numbers
Credit card account numbers and companies
Inventory of valuable goods
Important phone numbers
Special need supplies
Glasses or contact lens
Prescriptions & Dentures

Have Precautions FOR People With Disabilities:
Wheelchair Dependent
Hearing & Visually Impaired

Don't Forget Your Pets!

Fire, Police, and Ambulance & Family.
Teaching children how and when to

Showing each family member how to turn off

Assembling a disaster supply kit. Learn Basic First Aid
Understand your insurance policy & coverage.
Identify safe places in your home to go for each type of disaster.

blanket and a red flag for emergencies?

Water - Whatever you can transport.
Food - 3 day supply of NON perishable food with a manual can opener.
Battery powered radio and a NOAA Weather Radio with tone alert.
Flashlight (or self charging flashlight).
Extra batteries.
First Aid Kit
Whistle to signal for help.
Nose & Mouth protection/filter mask
Antibacterial wipes for sanitation
