Relocation buyers are fun. Lots of education, lots of new forms, new rules, etc. to share. When they came out we had a massive snowstorm and trucked through 25+" of snow for 5 days. We hadn't had a flake before this storm, with barely anything to talk about since either. So strange.
On the 3rd day we found this home in Golden up Golden Gate Canyon, and took them a few days (and many questions later) but they wrote on it, and seller signed their offer as written. The sellers had requested a 60-day rentback, and no problem with the buyers, they don't have plans to move in right away. WIN-WIN for both parties.

A FUNNY/STRANGE thing --- the listing agent's wife's brother is from the same town as my husband buyer, and they were best friends. This is such a small world!
The buyers will return to Colorado for their final walk-through before taking possession end of February, so will be nice to see them again, and give them their key.

From their deck on the backside of their home, they can see the lights of Golden. This is a stunning property! The property includes land to the top of the hill behind them.
Will look forward to going back up after they move in and put THEIR touches on this property.
