Hello Sheila and Larry and I have people ask me all the time, when is the best time.  I tell them get you home in the market before the market increases with more homes in April every year.  Now is a great time.

Hi Larry and Sheila- The holidays are long over and Spring is around the corner. Spring is an excellent time to list your home.
