This one is under contract with one Mike McCann Sells Another Multi-Family Property of my long time investors.

A nice older 5 plex with great potential in an area short on rentals.

Although not my listing I have known the owner for over 19 years and the listing agent for over 20.

My investor and I have been working together for 20 years as well.

I have not seen many 120 year old buildings that are as straight as this one is.

Definitely shows pride of ownership.

Closes on Valentines Day...a nice gift for all involved!!
