A Quarterly Calling: Sphere of Influence
Mass mailers have been an integral part of my business practice from the start as a way to stay in touch and as a Thank You. Coming from a marketing/advertising background, every card is a one-of-a-kind design with an offered gift. All are personally signed and envelopes, hand written.
Sent out every quarter, these 3 things matter:
High-Quality Design: Professional designs that grab with a clear message, are visually appealing and easy to read are the main goal for remaining Top of Mind. Be consistent with this method. Your past and present clients are excited to receive the cards time and again!
Updated Client Lists: The number of mailers will vary according to events that take place during the year. Some clients pass away, move out of the area or choose another professional to help with their real estate needs. I wish them well and cross the name off the list.
Asking questions can lead to a call, text or email with a question or word of thanks. Include a clear and compelling call to action, like, "Know How Much Your House is Worth?" or "FREE Comparable Market Analysis" or "To learn more, visit my website." Initiate a Response:
This method has demonstrated my commitment and loyalty to past clients in showing availability, helpfulness and remaining a steady resource. One of the most sincere comments a past client recently made, was "When our children are ready to buy, they will hire you as their agent."
Can't get any better compliment than that!
