ok. so here is a PEEVE for ya.... I know we all like to be the featured agent,

but do we believe that we should earn it with good insite and thoughts of how to better ourselfs by examples...NOT with boring listing details and meaningless crap that we receive in emails daily.... i reserve this spot for my thoughts not city information or SPAM as I would call it..... getting points for non interesting biogs should not be allowed... clean up and tell us your thoughts.. I will continue to spue with my thoughts and thank you for listening...

I agree 100% I'm new to AR and have already noticed other agents in my area posting listings to gain points. I almost think posting listings should be banned from blogs here on AR. It's not exactly original content to simply copy a listing from the MLS, is it?

yes, Link , some people totally deserve the spot, I will actually subscribe to them,, as for SPAM....... we have websites for that stuff, we have Maris , Realtor.com ,personal sites , office sites, ......This is a thought process and i appreciate it... Property listings should be under Listings by address but oh well, I just don't read those. So keep a positive attitude and skip those posts that are boring. Heck we all write a boring blog from time to time. That's what is so cool about AR, if your blog isn't of interest it falls off the main page pretty quick and ends up in blog heaven. By the way they do have a spell checker feature that helps all of us terrible spellers.

i figure you know where I'm coming from... Blog heaven is a good way to look at it... I am new to AC, I am a positive person, just talking about some things brings it to the surface to see if it is petty or justified..

I don't look either if it is a listing, i won't come here to sell a home ? i come here to spread thoughts ...... good or bad.......... I enjoy AC and respect your comment...Thanks for the tip!

learning people is a great passion. not so much boring, wrong word i suppose, more like repetitious...I don't think it is Petty, just annoying, this is my get away from the everyday grind..... we all can Post away... I will try to keep it real on my end....

What do you think of the idea to have no points issued for blogs - only for comments. How about awarding more points to higher rated comments? How about requiring a rating to be selected before any comment will post?
