Lew Corcoran there are Realtors who consider Open Houses a waste of  time.  However, I have always been of the opinion that it is not only a great opportunity to find a Buyer, it is also a great opportunity to pick up Buyers who are not being represented by a Realtor yet.  So it is important to put your best foot forward with the property you have.

I had never heard of home staging Lew Corcoran until I joined AR. Kathy Streib has done a great job of educating me over the years. Minot ND is a City of approximately 45,000 and there never has been a true stagger here. It sure could use one.
