If you're preparing for an inspection there are a few key steps you can take to make the process as smooth as possible. Here's what you need to do to prepare

It's always a good idea to be prepared because it will make it much easier for the buyers & inspector to do the inspection.

Yes, an inspector needs to be able to access all parts of the house for an inspection!

Good morning Jean. Make sure the inspector has access to areas. Move furniture, boxes and other things that may block access. Blocked access is always cause for concern a problem is being hidden. Enjoy your day.

Hi Jean,
Like the attice, access to the crawl space is important. Some of those are accesed fom a closet. Others are exterior access.

I agree. Every house is different so it's a good idea to make sure the inspector can access the entire house.
