👨‍💼Can Mortgage Rates Stabilize in 2025

Good morning, Brian... that depends on your definition of stabilize. If rates remain unchanged for the most part, I guess we can argue they are stable. We might not like them, but they are stable. :)

Good morning Brian. A buyer has no control over wages or interest rates and should they try to time these issues they are on a fool's errand. What can they control, the decision to by if they are qualified. Want to be in the game, pull the trigger. Enjoy your day.

One never knows Brian about mortgage rates. It's like the stock market....too difficult to time!

The rates need to stabilize. I haven't  danced for money since college. And that was multiple Presidents ago! 

I'd rather hear plummeting in place of stable Brian England 😃.

Hello, Brian England Only time will tell if our mortgage rates will drop. I understand that Mr. Trump was planning to work on getting those rates to drop, but I doubt they will ever get back those lower rates we enjoyed few years ago to stabilize the housing market. 

Brian in my opinion mortgage rates are going to stay around what they are now for a while, and then MAYBE drop down into the upper 5%'s.  The days of rates being in the 3% range will not be seen during our lifetime again.
