Built by Lennar Homes, Saussy Burbank, and MI Homes between 2007 and 2014, the Ardrey Crest subdivision with 176 homes features primarily 2-story homes with 3-5 bedrooms with 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms and 2-car garages. Homes average 2,600-2,800 square feet. Known for it's Charleston-style architecture, many of the homes in Ardrey Crest feature rocking chair front porches and/or second floor balconies.
