January planning for 2025.
I plan to continue my current activities: listing, selling, advertising, blogging, and hosting my weekly live radio show. After three and a half decades, I do not have a formal business plan, but I am excited to make real estate even more enjoyable.
How?
By learning more about AI.
I got the AI bug bite from our Tuesday Zooms.
We started with an assignment: an image in a house's window. Then, we went down the rabbit hole to add, watch, and listen to those who have embraced this fun technology.
Does anyone remember when we were scared 'spitless' to use anything other than our original photos?
That was thanks to Lenn Harley, who had an attorney who made sure no one was using her map images. And if they were, they were in big trouble. Yep, we were scared spitless. Things have changed.
Blogging a little longer than forever, I always carried camera and film everywhere I went. Regardless of whether it was related to real estate, I took pictures and included them in my daily blogs.
When I didn't have the right photo, I used letters and scrabble pieces to make sayings that went with my articles. I took pictures of funny signs and sayings and used programs like iPiccy to enhance them. There have been times when I have spent more time creating the graphics than writing the article. Since 2006, I've written over 5,000 blog posts, and all have some kind of graphic.
And this is one more year to embrace the opportunity to learn, simplify tasks, create, and have fun. I’m really excited because I just enrolled in self-paced, RRS AI course to learn even more!
