Philemon has the right attitude. Whining about the weather never brings joy or changes the weather yet it seems to the number one small talk topic.
My advice to newly licensed Real Estate professionals is when you are engaging in small talk be sure to keep it positive. No one likes to be around gloomy people. Forget that old saying "misery loves company". Never, never talk negatively about the Real Estate market or profession. If you do, do you think they will want to do business with you?

Honestly Wayne Martin fresh fallen snow is always beautiful. I love running the snowthrower and when I am done I feel a real sense of accomplishment. Looking at the task well done I again say "beautiful"!
That being said the NEXT day I say: Snow, Snow go away. 😊
