Land Sales varied greatly by town. There was no general trend to speak of.
Below is a chart which shows the State of Vermont sales along with the Towns I tend to serve: Stowe, Waterbury, Morristown, Hyde Park, Elmore, Johnson and Wolcott, Vermont. Some of the towns have always had a small inventory which is typical for Vermont.
