Just Made it to the October Challenge !!
Meet Paddy Deighan - so much to learn from him! I chose this post to demonstrate his sense of humor. He has contributed many posts to our AR community that TEACH about Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a variety of uses.
He states in his Profile: I have extensive experience with AI in all aspects of business but especially real estate. This includes startegies to support real estate and related industries as well as marketing and website design.

The October Challenge is awesome, thank you Carol!! I was surprised that not many members mentioned my favorite tool, the SmartPhone. My second is AI of course....when I started to think about the challenge, I was thinking more about physical tools. However, I cannot forget about our dear buddy, AI. In the end, a Smartphone is more vital to out personal and business lives. We haev lived without much use of AI for a long time....but once Smartphones came about they replaced so many aspects of our personal and business lives. My brother once stated that the tricorder from Star Trek is a SmartPhone. Not far off on that one.
I do use AI every day....I developed a proprietary platform with a partner from NASA. I enjoy using it every day and it is part of every business day. Yet the Smartphone won out.
Third place is a tough one. I departed from conventional wisdom and chose my CAR. The car is a rolling office....we can do so much in it and from it. Having just left California on a meeting with my AI partner, I appreciate the car more than ever. I was able to contact people, send a fax, emails and everything else that is possible when the average speed is 5 MPH. LOL I fondly recall my friend Val driving his buyers around in the valuable tool, his car....he stopped for gas when it was 95 degrees and 95% humidity. Of course he had to turn the engine (and A/C) off. He was talking to me while the clients were melting in the back seat....ahahahahahah
THEN, he pulled away before he removed the gas pump nozzle. I have not laughed that hard in a long time. His melted buyers may not have thought it was funny!!
This was a fun challenge!!! Do we ever chose "winners"!!!!!!!!!!
