Good morning, Dorie Dillard Austin TX I am glad that these videos continue to be produced so that I can continue to stay consistent with my reports on Gilbert, haha.

I don't think I will ever be able to leave the sunshine of the East Valley Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 and know for sure that I wouldn't want to have to deal with the cold weather you just described, haha.  Currently, it hovers around 60 degrees here, which is not completely ideal for me, but bearable.  I say this because below 60 degrees I have to put on pants and at times use a wind breaker jacket, but if it were above 60 degrees, I could wear shorts and a t-shirt, which is my preferred attire, haha.

That doesn't sound fun at all Kathy Streib but I hope that Larry has stocked up enough firewood to keep you both warm through it, haha.

I think so too George Souto nobody has time these days for a long-drawn-out video market report, haha.

It seems that things have picked up in the East Valley Jeff Dowler, CRS but they always seem to do after the first of the year, especially in an election year, haha.  I expect things to pick up even more after the 20th!
