Quellin home sales remained steady year-over-year, with 11 properties sold in both 2023 and 2024. The average sale price rose by 6%, while the median sale price increased by 13% compared with the previous year. However, the average price per square foot dropped by 4% to $188. The average days on market increased to 31 days, compared with just 5 days the prior year. While this was a significant increase year-over-year, 31 days on market is still a quick sale. Meanwhile, the list-to-sale price ratio dipped slightly by 1%, landing just below 100% at 99.5%. The months supply of inventory held steady at 0.73 months, reflecting a continued home seller's market with less than one month of available inventory.

Quellin neighborhood amenities include a pool, clubhouse, playground, walking trails, pond with fountain. Quiet, tree-lined streets and lush landscaping throughout Welcome to Quelling, one of Charlotte area's most popular neighborhoods in WaxhawQuellin make it a pleasure to walk or drive through.

  

With some 262 estate-sized homes Quellin is a more "intimate" Waxhaw neighborhood. Quellin homes range in price from the $500,000's to over $1,000,000. Homes range in size from about 3,500 square feet to 7,000+ square feet. Homes average four bedrooms and three bathroom, but you'll find homes with five to seven bedrooms. Homes are generally two-story, but you'll also find three-story homes and homes with walk-out basements. The average lot size of a home in Quellin is just over 1/3 of an acre.

Three more perennially popular neighborhoods are also minutes away: Cureton, which is virtually next door to Quellin; Lawson just up the road, across Hwy 16: while Millbridge is just minutes away across Kensington Parkway.
