One of the larger subdivisions in Waxhaw with 600+ homes, Lawson homes range in price from the high $300,000's to the mid $900,000's. Two more perennially popular neighborhoods are also minutes away: Quellin, just up the road, across Hwy 16, while Millbridge is minutes away across Kensington Parkway.

Lawson in Waxhaw, North Carolina is served by some of the most highly rated public schools in Charlotte metro area's Union County, including the high demand New Town Elementary School, Cuthbertson Middle School, and Cuthbertson High School. Some Lawson elementary school children are assigned to the Waxhaw Elementary School. Check with Union County Public Schools for all the most current school assignments.
Also nearby are Central Academy of Technology and Arts and Union Day Charter School. With Union County school assignments subject to change from year to year, parents should verify all school assignments.

Lawson provides easy access to the Ballantyne Corporate Park, South Park, I-485, Matthews, Indian Land, Charlotte-Douglas Airport.
