My typical day starts early—usually around 5 or 6 a.m.—with a trip to the gym and some quality time over coffee before diving into emails, texts, and social media. From there, my day is packed with client meetings, showings, and marketing efforts, ensuring that every property I represent gets the visibility and attention it deserves.
Being actively involved in the community is another key to my success. I sponsor and attend events like the Muskegon Chamber of Commerce’s “Business for Breakfast,” volunteer with organizations like the Kiwanis Club, and prioritize giving back to the area I call home. These connections allow me to stay on top of local trends and opportunities that benefit my clients.
I also make a point to stay sharp and innovative. Each year, I read more than 20 books, follow top real estate podcasts, and learn from industry leaders. This constant learning ensures I’m always using today’s most effective marketing strategies—not outdated techniques. Whether I’m leveraging cutting-edge technology, creating personalized marketing plans, or negotiating the best deals, I stay focused on results.
The truth is, many real estate agents struggle because they lack the discipline, adaptability, and habits needed to thrive in this industry. In contrast, I close one to three sales each week because I combine experience, efficiency, and a relentless drive to succeed.
