Puts People In Their Places!!

Brian,

You did a fine job and have help bring the camera a little more into focus.  I belong to a local BNI group and see how I can take advantage of writing about their businesses to improve my SEO and ultimately my bottom line as well.  I also am a little frustrated that with the contributions that I've had to Localism that I'm not one of the Neighborhood specialists... I see that about 80% of the photos used have been taken by me but a couple of other agents are at the top of the heap... I'll stop complaining now and trust if I work it right I'll get my due down the road!

Thanks for the interview!

See what I mean...

Only 41 Comments. That tells me that this Interview has been over looked by many of the Members. Had they listened or knew about the interview the Members would see that many of their questions/concerns have already been addressed. I still feel a post coming on :)

Hi Ricky :)

Nice interview -- it is very helpful to hear what the rainers had to say about what is going on with Localism.  I think it clarifies some of the vision to the forefront.  I think it would have been better to clarify this at the beginning -- but now we can see the vision more clearly...we can be the "mayor of our community".

All Localism needed was a pair of suspenders to really help the Rainers understand the vision. Thanks for the interview, Brian!

I don't want to see this turn into Zillow where malcontents come to bag on realtors.

Jon Washburn answered the BIG question; "Will he sell Localism or Active Rain ?"

Brian-  Full disclosure - like reading the last page of the book first, I skipped to the end so I could hear Jon say he liked leading AR.  Okay, it would be hard turning down, what, $5 ($50) billion, but for now it was a comforting answer.  Will go back and listen to the rest.

Well done, Mr Brady and just in case the mortgage gig does not work out (highly unlikely in case), you have a great back-up.

As always you show the road to understanding...to all who read the post or listen to the knowledge.

Sometimes you are as distant as a shining star in the sky and other times as close as can be.

Its my perspective near and far. I thank you as I walk along the path ..you help me look up.

I joined localism just out of trust in active rain...if they invited us to play -why not?

Love,

 Lynne Pope
