I have stayed in Escondido a couple of times and it's always a good backup for when I am able to book something close to the ocean, haha.

It's a different venue than being near the beach, isn't it Brian England ?!

Good morning Jeff. Always a wake up call to read about California pricing. And in a market with many homes under a million, I can understand the low inventory which seem to be California normal. Enjoy your day.

Hi Wayne Martin  The inventory HAS been low but is moving up now that the holidays have passed. There is still plenty of competition.

Good morning Jeff. Just wrote a comment here a few minutes ago. The Chihuahua must have been hiding and ate it! I am beginning to think that the low monthly supple number is really California Normal. Enjoy your day.

Lo and behold, the little doggie spit it out as I just saw it. The wheels must be turning slowly this morning.

I guess there is no second guessing that darn dog!

I have gotten 504 Gateway errors when the comment or blog post actually DID get posted.

I have yet to see the Chihuahua but now that I've said that...
