Orange County, California Homes Sales & Values Report December Of 2024

On January 17, 2025, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values declined 0.9% to the price of $1,362,000 in December of 2024 from price of $1,375,000 in November of 2024, but increased 4.8% from price of $1,300,000 December of 2023 in Orange County, California.

Homes sales rose 1.8% in December of 2024 from November of 2024, and jumped 20.7% from December of 2023 in Orange County, California.

There were 2.1 months supplies of available inventory of homes in December of 2024, down from 2.7 months in November of 2024, but up from 2.0 months in December of 2023 in Orange County, California.

An average it took 31.0 days to sell a home in December 2024, grew from 27.0 days in November of 2024, and higher from 24.0 days in December of 2023 in Orange County, California.
