What is an Executive Suite?
An Executive Suites is an alternative to renting office space, and then having to hire staff to answer phones, greet clients and stock supplies. An Executive Suite can offer front desk service, including reception, answering the phone, connecting you with callers when you are away from the office, taking messages and delivering them to you if you are in a meeting or can't take a call at the time. They will even open your mail, scan it, and send it you in an email. Most offer access to a kitchen, with all that you need to heat up your lunch, serve your visitors a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of water. You can also select to use the Executive Suite's internet service, printers, copiers, and a mail scale to weigh your out going mail. Some services are included in the monthly rent, sometimes they are add ons.
You can usually sign a one year lease, or sign a five year lease with rent increases already included so that you know exactly what to expect over the life of the lease, this allows you to lock in the rent amount.

What is a Virtual Office?
With a virtual office, you are provided a phone number, or you can simply call forward your phone number to our office, and our receptionists will answer all of your calls. Your phones is answered however you direct them to be answered. Some clients wish for the receptionist to say something like, "Thank you for calling, YOUR BUSINESS NAME," or "It's a Great Day at YOUR NAME's OFFICE", you decide how you would like the phone answered. From there calls can be either connected to you or the receptionist will take a message. If you are out of the area, on vacation, or on an appointment, you won't miss the call, and clients love it when they get a REAL person. Call forward your phone, and ALL of your calls are answered.
With your virtual office, you have access to our conference room for meeting your clients in person, just make a reservation for the room, and your guests will be greeted when they arrive, and you can meet them in a privacy. If you need to make copies, you have access to the copier and scanners, too.
