The back story on this one is actually straightforward. Rugg Realty had an agent, Jaye Allen who is passionate about developing a You Tube Channel to enhance her real estate efforts here in Sun City Texas. Jaye worked for nearly a year to learn what worked and didn't work, develop original content with meaning & purpose, and have some fun along the way.
Due to circumstances beyond her vision, Jaye needed to return to Arizona to be near family and close her Sun City Texas business. We were very sorry to see Jaye need to leave but wanted what was best for her. The big question Jaye had was , "what to do with the You Tube channel"? Rugg Realty had obvious interest but not sure how to purchase someone else's intellectual property. Now, for all you savvy reader it may seem like a no brainer, but for this old broker it was a challenge.
I won't bore with the details, but the bottom line is the purchase was just completed and we couldn't be more excited:)
