In 2024, home sales in The Palisades declined by 10% to 83 transactions compared with the previous year. Despite this decrease, the average home sale price rose by 17% year-over-year, while the median sale price saw an 11% increase. The average price per square foot climbed 7% to $215.
The list-to-sale price ratio remained steady at 98.4%, indicating minimal room for negotiation on home prices. Meanwhile, the average days on market increased by 6% to 38 days. The months supply of inventory surged by 72% from 2023. However, with just 0.43 months of supply, The Palisades continued to favor sellers in 2024.

The Palisades is a 1,600 acre master planned community in Southwest Charlotte, just off of Hwy 49 and situated around Lake Wylie, Charlotte area's second largest lake.
