Don't Eat the Tablecloth.

I can't say I've ever been so hungry that I've eaten the, or part of, the tablecloth. I've certainly spilled my share of food and beverages on the table cloth but even then I didn't try to eat the tablecloth. That of course reminded me of this album cover.

The album has nothing to do with this blog post but the cartoon made me think of it.

Real Estate Application.

If you are so hungry you could eat the table cloth it's time to get out and work. There is no better way to build a client base then to get out in public and shake hands like a politician (only with sincerity). Sure you can reach a million people on line and one of the million may have a slight interest in real estate BUT every member of your community is interested in the real estate matters around and about them. Get out there and meet your neighbors today so you can put food on the table tomorrow.
