Thomas, I enjoyed reading that your land is your passion. I have always lived in a large city so selling land was foreign to me. I finally moved to a smaller city with a population (at the time) of less than 200,000 residents. When I moved, there was a lot of vacant land everywhere. This is when my interest in land started. There were two empty lots on each side of our house. I bought both of them and this is when I got excited about selling vacant land. Unfortunately, most of it has been sold to developers and our city has become mostly gated communities. I enjoy selling vacant land. There is still affordable land about 1.5 hours away from where I live, so I have made it a point to sell property there. I have been successful. I love it as well! Yes, Florida is a great place to sell Vacant land. I got into it because I was a builder before I became a realtor bought some Vacant land subdivided it got approval sold it.

One of the things that makes me a very good Land Realtor cause I know how to get all the approvals which most agents cannot answer any of those questions.
